Open Box products

Open Box products are 'as new' products that have had their original packaging opened. They come with the same warranty as the unopened equivalent product and include all normal accessories, cables and manuals.

Ex Demo products

Ex Demo products are products that have been on display or loaned out as a demonstration unit to a customer for a short period of time. They have had their original packaging opened, and have been powered on to demonstrate the product in use. They come with a maximum of 12 months warranty.
